What am I getting to compensate? How's about 258bhp (twice the power of the Qashqai), x drive stabilty and assurance, M Sport looks, super-smooth 8 speed gearbox (must be a revelation in comparison to the Qashqai's CVT gearbox with it's initial reluctance to move away) and German engineering and build quality.
I think I come out the winner overall.

Yes you got a lot more with your Qashqai no doubt but you had already weighed up what you get in exchange good job
Wait till you see the room in the rear seats area and the front seating position.....oh and wait till you hit the accelerator.....
