I traded in my E60 550 for F30 320. I like the fact that it's nimble, sporty, and fuel efficient. Ride quality is very good too.
Power is enough for daily drive and with sports pkg, it's very fun to drive.
I had Logic 7 in my 550 and I found sound system in 320 is not bad at all.
