Morning All

So very surprising I got an e-mail back from the CEO of BMW UK....I was impressed. See reply e-mail however, have at this point im going to blank out contact details for obvious reasons. Shortly afterwards I got an e-mail from the head of customer services asking for my Reg and where I bought the car. Off course I will keep you all informed.
