Agree on the PPF or mudflaps of some sort.
You probably could buff it out, but you're fighting a loosing battle. If the blasting from the debris isn't too deep, you should be able to polish it out, but without some form of protection, it's going to come right back. Each time you have to polish it out you're removing more clear coat on top of what is getting knocked off by the debris.
