I had the same thing a couple of weeks ago on the left side dripping when I opened the hatch. Luckily I remembered this thread and I just lifted the spoiler and blasted the drain opening with a hose and it cleared right up, the water started streaming out down by the tail lights.

Thanks! I did the water blast treatment on my '18, and it worked perfectly. No more water pooling under the spoiler
