I am shopping for some staggered reps in 19s, that I want to put stock spec 225/45 and 255/40 tires. Just trying to gauge the offset tolerances... although I would love to achieve an almost flush look on stock suspension and without spacers.

You are correct. It is essentially ET25 offset. It is getting closer but no rubbing, in any circumstance.
