Yup, am thinking the same. I have the Head of UK's email address... he's getting cc'd.
I won't take it to them for any work or service now. I won't use them if I ever decide to go to the next M4 (natural step in 5/6 years I think), and I will tell anyone I can not to use them.
Accidents happen, but the way they have been is not okay.
