I checked my order status today (Thursday) fully expecting to see the "Order received" status again (since it had only been one day), but it had already changed to a "Production begins" status. I then confirmed with my CA that it was indeed at 150 status.
I assume production takes 7-10 days for completion? Giving 30 days after that to make it through the port and shipping process, I hopefully will take delivery by the end of August instead of mid-October like I was expecting.  |
I guess BMW just got their sh*t together - my production came early as much as 3 weeks - from the 34th week to the 31st.
It is going to be ready to ship next week
