I think Steven is quite good at tuning from a technical standpoint, but I would say that my biggest peeve with Wedge is that there isn't much in the way of communication.
There was no initial phone call where we discussed goals and talked about the path to get there, or risk tolerance, or anything like that. Just fill out the form on the website and then you get your base map.
On projects like this I like to talk about what we're doing, why, where are we at in the stream of progress, how close are we to the limits of the engine, etc etc.
You won't get that with Wedge. You send a log, they send a rev.

How many revisions did it take until it was dialed in?
