As far as I know, the "heating line" isn't really a heated line. It's a signal line that connects to the SCR module, and there is a heating element inside the SCR module. If that's faulty, you'll get the error.
You'd typically only get this error if it's colder out and the heating element can't be turned on for the SCR. Whether that's because of a short in the connection/line itself or whether the SCR module heating element is faulty, I don't think it knows enough to distinguish (experts, please correct me if mistaken).
Since we're coming into Spring now, I would delete the error code and keep trucking along. You won't need the heater until next winter anyway.
