Any customer that purchases this tunes get the same support like any other Active Autowerke product. AA have been around since the 1980s and their customer support is second to none.
You can call them with any questions about your map and you will get support from Carl, the guy who created all their maps not some customer service rep.
I already addressed the flash counter question. OBD solutions do not reset flash counters.
