The bars will prob fit but it's the footpack/fixpoint that could be different. Go on to the Thule website and spec up both cars:
1. If the fix point is different then you'll need to change that to fit the rails.
2. Check with BMW for both cars if the footpack are the same then it's the fix point that needs to be changed.
3. If they are both completely different for the F15 and F31, then I'd checkout what Thule offers if you want to use the same across both cars without having to buy two sets.
This is the reason I go with generic brand like Thule, goes onto any car. Still using my bars/footpack from E91 then transferred to F31 and now on a G31. All I had to do was change the fix point.
