But also, maps are downloaded from the phone and transmitted, which would be unreliable in ensuring all map data was intact. Would see more online recodes lol. Biggest thing is just compatibility though.
I just turn mine on when I get in the car. Get in, start the car, unlock tablet, and press the hotspot key on the homepage. Then run BM3, etc.
