Active Autowerke, Fabspeed,CG precision, and Akrapovic are the only three brands I know of that offer downpipes with no CEL guarantee.
Since you are adding a flash tune, any good catted downpipe will do the work since the tune handles the CEL.

Do you think a vrsf/cts catted dp with stock exhaust would give enough of a sound difference to be worth it? Ik "worth it" means something different for everyone but just trying to get a general idea. I don't need it to scream I'd just like to hear the exhaust and the pops from inside more.
Appreciate any help.
