I'd say, hang out, coffee/snack, talk shop, appreciate each others' cars, gas up, etc. for about an hour.
Leave for Mt. Hamilton Rd. around 11:30/12:00.
Drive up to the Lick Observatory. It's about 20 miles each way and should take close to an hour (according to Google Maps).
Take a break to hang out a bit, take some pics. Maybe check out some of the stuff at the Observatory.
Head back down to SJ around 2:00/2:30-ish. We should be back no later than 3:30/4:00. At that point, we can find somewhere to eat or those who need to take off can head out.

We can add a couple things to the itinerary if anyone's interested.
1) If anyone needs any coding done, I've got a VGate + Bimmercode, as I'm sure others do as well. We could do that pretty quickly & easily for anyone who hasn't coded yet but would like to.
2) Swap Meet...if anyone's got any random parts they're looking to sell/trade, we could use this as an opportunity for in-person transactions. Personally, I've got a used set of chrome kidney grills (Sport, 8-slat), 2 front piano black door pulls (I have M3 leather ones up front), stock chargepipe, stock springs (sportline 335i).
Feel free to add any suggestions. Nothing is set in stone!
