Earlier in the Summer I had ACS springs fitted to my 435d XDrive that has adaptive suspension.
All the usual comments apply with mine being an XDrive, that it look far better etc, not that looks was the reason for me to change the springs, more the boaty ride issue which is now removed.
However, with yours being a 440 I'm not so sure there is as much lowering...
But in regard to the adaptive suspension ACS springs compliment it.
