Good News! I got it fixed.

Here is how:

1. You need to call BMW genius.
2. They will take your Vin
3. BMW is aware of this issue.
4. They offered to update me every three days.
5. After two hours, they reset something or added my vin to the server and ALL IS WELL NOW.
6. They encouraged anyone experiencing this problem to call BMW genius and give them your VIN.
