As above. It's called fixed price servicing and stops say a London dealer charging significantly more than anywhere else.
I think if you are paying a dealer you are looking at £120+/hr labour at a minimum. My independent specialist is half this.
They may quote 2-3 hours labour and parts will also be more expensive, as they won't quote for other brands that an independent would - that could also be better than OEM.
