Hi, I have a 2013 330d with standard 1 piston brakes all round and 18 inch rims.

I believe one or both of my front calipers may be fu****d as I replaced the disks and pads around 1000 miles ago and I have already started to get severe juddering under braking as previously (hence why I replaced them). I also occasionally can hear brake squeal which tells me one of the pads is in contact with one of the disks.

I want to retain the 18 inch wheels (pothole Britain), and have found out I can have the 340mm brake upgrade.

I know now some 335d and 335i cars have front 340mm Brembo with single piston rear caliper and 330mm disk.
Therefore I want to upgrade my front brakes to 340mm brembo and not touch the rears.

Do I still need to carry out the coding after installing the 340mm brembo?
Do I need to upgrade the master cylinder?

I have read various threads but have not found a definitive answer.

Thank you
