The codes were for clutch damage but since this happened literally one day into the tune I assumed it wasn't an actual issue but a result of the flash. Turns out BM3 has a "recode" option that will clear the code and they specifically call out that the drivetrain malfunction that pops up sometimes after a successful flash. Hope this helps anyone else freaked out by the same issue
