The car ran flawlessly on Stage 1 93 oct for a few weeks and then all of a sudden I got this issue.
I flashed to stock tune, ran normal. Flashed to 91 Oct, has the hesitation again.

Swap coil of cylinder 6 to 5 and 5 to 6 then run the diagnostics. If the misfire didn't follow to cylinder 5. Try the same the procedure with spark plugs.
Also check the coils connections.
If all good, fill the tank with Chevron Techron Concentrate Plus injector Cleaner and run it for 2 cycles.
If the above didn't work. you need to check the injector of cylinder 6.
If you're staying on stage 1 for a while, i'd suggest using OEM bosch plugs in the case the existing plugs are NGK. Many has reported misfiring issues with NGK 1-step colder plugs on stage 1.
At which speed and gear range does the hesitation occur ? WOT or partial ?
