I'm outside NYC so I'm familiar with those roads and there quite a bit. I have a daily driver for those situations
... Think it's possible and I've gone through them occasionally with my bmw, but I dont think it would fare well with those roads tbh. More of a clearance issue more then anything and streetwide potholes lol.
