Also, what does the ICM have to do with PDC? I assume thats the Ignition Control Module. That doesn't get modified for the retrofit does it?

Shawn is correct
For the rear only it doesn't affect the ICM, however if you also add the front PDC, the PDC button for the center console gets wired in to the ICM under the center armrest/parking brake.
