If you only get the LED rings & Bi-Xenon Projector Retrofit you do not need to install any resistors or disable anything. It is fully plug n play.
In the case that you get your headlight parts painted, there are certain reflectors which will be painted and then you would need to disable certain lights so yes you will need resistors
