New Update: Both Mike at x-ph and ER have taken care of the issue. ER apologized and are sending a new one next week when they get the black back in stock (unfortunately they are out right now haha thats my luck). However they also offered to keep the one I have and get refunded some cash. A stand up offer. I know bs happens and that is always part of business but it is what you do to take care of the problems that shows. It was nice to have great customer service on both ends.
