Seems not. The update is for the Combox used with the CIC. The new Nav Pro has integrated the combox into the Nav headunit. Maybe BMW will offer future BT/Media user updates for the new Nav but so far they haven't.
Can you check your new Nav menu in the Settings screen and see if there's an option for Software Update? If so, what does it say?
