Used the underfloor liner as a mould for the fibreglass - covered in it tape first. The top deck was made with mdf then built up with mdc rings to space the subs up at either end then the whole thing fibreglassed together.
It drops snuggly into the existing liner when complete. Looks great but really simple, takes a little time compared with building a square box but the results a re so much neater.
