When I did this it took a while mostly due to waiting for the temperature of the transmission to come back down to an acceptable range.

If I had to do this again, I would probably do it with a coolant drain and fill.

I'd probably put both the ZF Lifeguard8 and the Antifreeze/Coolant in the freezer before I brought it to the garage.
