More peace of mind, really. Thinking it would mean two uninterrupted years of running the tune, even though stage 2 can pass smog. My UOA came back and figured to sort out the silicon levels first. Got a new air filter coming in, last replaced about a year ago.

Wear metals are generally higher than before. These levels are still okay for this type of engine, but there's no doubt metals are higher than we found in the past. Maybe that's because silicon is dirt and it's causing extra wear. Check the air filter and intake plumbing for issues in case unfiltered air is getting into the engine. Silicon could be from a harmless sealer/lube, and the extra metal could be from parts wearing in, if the engine had any work done since last time. The oil is fine, physically, and contamination is absent. The 3.8 TBN is good, but check back in 6K-7K miles.
FaRKle! how has the sibling been faring overall and with the tune? Any issues or majors?
