Yes, the quality is fantastic. Of course it will take a few years of wear and care to see how it stands up to time, but initial inspection was excellent and other members have reported the same.
The ONLY downside to this swap was losing the heated function. BMW does not make the F20 M-Sport wheel heated (verified on realoem.com), so I accepted losing this. It will be a personal choice if that is OK for you. Where I live, I only used it on certain days about three months out of the year, so it was a small feature to lose.
I should also add that they leather-wrapped the plastic below the silver "V", which is a nice touch.
