335I F30 piggy back

It seems there are 3 venders offering piggyback for 335i f30 -2012 model
And oa close look, it seems they are all the same unit.

3 venders on the internet

www.TurnerMotorsport.com
http://www.kelleners-sport.de
www.hartge.de

and itlooks like the unit is manufactured by hartge.de

I request any member who has installed this in his car please
Clarify on the following which will help all others who are keen to
to go for an engine chip tuning ( piggy back)

what is the stock boost and what is the increase in boost after installing the piggy back ?

Stock torque is 400 Nm but the piggy back suppliers are claiming it to be increased to 480 Nm ( you can find some graph on some web sites)
Clarification needed is that by all chance bmw should be locking the maximum torque to 400 Nm electronically in the base program of the stock ecu to protect the transmition system, then how can the piggy back increase torque to 480 Nm ?

It is also very easy for bmw to add a control code to detect if the base line values of boost etc etc
has gone over the limited parameter ( all suppliers are claiming the bmw
will not be able to detect if a piggy back is installed ... the sporadic boost should be recorded in the ecu memory)

I am not part of any vender offering any kind of modification but my concern is about the warranty issues any one can face by installing a wrong piggy back.
Clarification on the above issue with proofs will be highly appreciated so I too can start tuning my car with peace of mind.

thanks in advance
