There's been two instance when I'm shifting at WOT (from 2nd to 3rd) and the car doesn't speed up, but the rmps still climb if I continue to press the gas pedal. I was wondering if there was some sort of safety for the tranny like how the 8AT is where is auto slips to save the torque but when I asked the SA he said that the manual cars don't have one of those safeties. I guess the safety is the clutch itself slipping lol
