I think OP is inquiring about new car, you got a used/demo? Not exactly an apple/apple comparison. Assuming you got a demo, you have the luxury of MSRP, any remaining program support for MY18 F30 and creative accounting to reduce the price. OP can only negotiate on MSRP and that can only be negotiated as far as the dealership can/wants.
