I wonder how long Renault has been sitting on this information and how they got it.
(And I do realize that teams take photographs of other teams cars and analyze them, I've even heard it mentioned when a car is lifted by a crane off the track, that other teams will get a good look at the floor -- it just feels so slimy to only protest once you fall behind in the constructor standings).
