Office and Connected Drive may be blocked by L802A National version Korea Country Controller, although it seems strange that Connected Drive would be absent with a factory equipped 6NR BMW Apps car.
You can try coding them:
HU_CIC /HU_NBT => MACRO_PIM = aktiv
HU_CIC /HU_NBT => CONNECTED_DRIVE = aktiv
