Correct: BMW Office is part of the Enhanced USB + Bluetooth and Smartphone Integration (6NS) option.

This is only partially correct. The "Send Notifications" on/off switch should only show up in the Bluetooth "i" menu under your specific car's Bluetooth device name (usually "BMW [xxxxx]" only if your car has 6NS. However, iDrive must also allow you to check "Messages" when configuring your smartphone for BMW Office; in my car, this is not possible because iDrive recognizes iOS 8.3 and removes the option.
