Just a FYI for others trying the single rear approach, my rims are always corroded around the wheel hub when I swap my summers for winters. They never just fall off, and require some pretty substantial "abuse" to break them free. I would never try that with a single bottle jack.
I had that rust issue too until I started using anti-seize on the hubs when I swap summers and winters. Just a thin film around the hub is all it takes. Note - use a non-metallic scrubbing pad to knock off any rust and clean the hub before applying.

Now they come off with no effort. This stuff is terrific and a lifesaver if you swap wheels and live where hub corrosion can be an issue.
