After searching I found a German site that claims it could ship in 3-5 days, give a 15% discount AND PROPERLY DEDUCT VAT TAX TO USA.

Took quite a bit of work with Google Translate to fill in the info (for whatever reason, Google Chrome was not as much help on the forms as one would like).

Total price, 382,69€ or $420.28 at time of this post.

Went to check out and was hit with a DHL shipping cost of 212.10€ for the 30kg shipment which is ridiculous. As thus I cancelled.

I shipped a set of Front Headlights from Germany last November for 94€
