No and no.
You think that you would spend $2500 in routine
maintenance in 2 years?
And the CPO warranty isn't bumper to bumper. It seems to me to be a pretty bad bet to spend $2800 on the chance that you will have a major warranty need that exceeds that amount during that specific 12 month period.
Take all that $$ and put it in a separate savings account.
