These are non-OEM black kidney grilles that I purchased from eBay last year. I installed these last year and fitment is 99%. They will fit any 4 series model as well as the F8X M3 & M4.
There is 1 broken clip on the left grille bottom side, I have included a picture of it. It shouldn't affect fitment because it's not one of the clips that holds it to the bumper (it holds in the grille slats).
