I spoke to H&R and they informed me I had all the correct parts, until I told them there's no way it would work, and that's when I was sent the correct parts and the kit was revised.
The correct part number struts that we're sent to me were
1633452-R1/1
1633452-L1/1

Just received my H&R coilover kit that I ordered from Turner Motorsports. Just my luck I received the incorrect struts just as you did with your kit last year. Not sure if this is a Turner mistake or if H&R is at fault. I’ll have to give them a call on Monday and try to get this ironed out.
