Anyone had an engine / trans failure on their 328d's? I know the old N47 had timing chain issues, but those seem to have been resolved with the 2012+ model year.
I know the major issues that run $5,000+ seem to be transfer case, EGR, and fuel pump, but haven't heard any engine / trans horror stories. Just curious if anyone has had one fail yet?
Rocking 105k now, Hoping I can roll it out to 250k miles... Planning a HPFP around 120k and expecting a transfer case somewhere between 150-200k with a little luck, but hoping that's the limit on major items. Just wondering if the N47 / 8AT will hold strong that long
