Don't want to hijak this thread but just an update on my goodwill claim for a rear wheel, just got a call to say car is ready & just £123 to pay!
"£123 for what I asked"
1hrs labour to fit new wheel
"nobody said anything about a bill to me"
let me talk to the manager & call you back....
What shall I do, pay it?
