I second Panda's experience. Living down the street from IND but not being able to make it before they close at 5 PM Cat waited out for me to drag my rear from work late. You just can't beat that kind of service anymore. I am glad that Cat is part of IND now. Oh and did I mention she hooked me up with a great price on my 335i
when she worked for BMW. IND should be very glad to have her on board.
