Have a minor lack of power/acceleration and a whining noise under load at high rpm's. The whining is an issue I haven't heard from anyone else but it most certainly is a whine, not a boost leak type sound.
Hoping my KermaTDI tune doesn't raise issues with the dealership

Woof - Keep us updated. If I were you I would flash back to stock. However, that might clear the codes.
