Replaced all 3 sensors today. For those interested; the fuel rail must be removed to remove and replace the pressure regulating valve. Easy process overall.
I would also recommend replacing the screws for the fuel quantity control valve. I ordered replacements but the valve itself came with new hardware as well.
Car threw codes on startup, but I believe it's from the rail being empty. Cleared codes and we'll see what happens
