The ATs have higher torque limits, that's just the modern reality.
On the value of the MPPSK, remember it is a full cat back exhaust. So a comparable aftermarket setup would be full AWE w/mid pipe + Jb4. That's $1950 + $500 = $2450 vs $3100 for the MPPSK. $700 difference. It's better outright performance vs warranty security and better integration (tune works with valved exhaust). Whichever route you go, I'd say the MPPSK value is actually pretty good for a factory option.
