Bigger rims is mostly for looks, but as long as u keep the weight of the wheels down there will be no performance loss. Comfort is another issue, but it goes hand in hand with the weight as well, not only less profile. I had the 403Ms with RFTs (19") and they weighed more than this set of 20" wheels paired with Michelin PSS, both the comfort AND "zippiness" of the car was really improved. I chose a taller tire than standard, just for that extra bit of comfort.

So performance/comfort wise there doesnt have to be any con at all, if the weight is kept down (at the cost, of the cost). So itīs basically down to how much u are willing to spend
