It appears that all Business Navigation cars built since at least September 2013 have the Combox in the boot, so EBT (Enhanced Bluetooth and USB) can be enabled with E-Sys. NBT Pro Media has the Combox built into the head unit so can also have EBT coded.

Edit 14/4/2015:
Also it now appears that March 2015 onwards built cars with Business Media now have the Combox built into the head unit, like NBT. These have also been successfully coded for EBT, see demig's post #368.

E-Sys, psdzdata files & install/coding guides can be obtained from shawnsheridan PM him a request, he is the coding master and a very helpful chap, also find him and lots of coding info in this thread: http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=696777

First follow the PDF guide that came with E-Sys 'E-Sys - Installation'

Then follow the PDF that also came with E-Sys 'How to change FA in F-series car' but with these changes/additions

1. At step 2. select F020 in top window and check bottom option 'connection via VIN.

2. On step 3 you need to press 'save' after pressing 'read' then save file as any name you want, then the 'edit' button will be enabled.

3. On step 6 change 6NH to 6NS

4. Once all steps are complete: go back to expert mode, Coding =>
right click FA and select activate FA =>
Click read SVT
Right Click on HU_CHAMP2 (HU_NBT for NBT Pro Media or HU_EntryNav for newer business media) (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) =>
Select CODE
Wait for 'Abarbeitung beendet' which means finished completed.

Right-Click on CMB_Media (step not required for NBT pro media or newer business media) (again the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) =>
Select CODE
Again wait for Arbarbeitung beendet

6. Click disconnect, Done!

On the older systems to enable Bluetooth streaming:

In idrive go to 'telephone' => 'Bluetooth telephone/devices' => highlight your phone => press option or click right => go down and select 'configure Bluetooth' =>
tick all the options => go back => go up to your phone and select it => tick audio

now go to 'media' => 'external devices' => your phone will now be an option to play audio from! Either change track back or forward with idrive or control
from your phones screen.

Of course you will also now have Album art from USB stick and iphone through lightning cable, and also full control of music library from iphone in idrive using lightning cable.

Don't forget to appreciate this post if you found it helpful!
