DCT is certainly probably. It's already available in many major markets on the standard 335i. North America is blocked from it, but not the rest of the world. It's not mostly a cost issue, because the regular 135i and the 335i have it already. It's an issue of cost only in the case of the 1M because that's a very low production model.
As for the other options, all possible. I personally think we'll see the Dynamic Driving Control as well, probably for a less expensive fee as all technology is once it's trickled down into more mass-market models. We'll probably also see the driver assistance features, including ACC, HUD, Lane Departure, etc. I think the majority of them will carry over and will not be exclusive to the 5 and 7.
